For Individual Customers:
A deposit of 1,000 baht is required for the Pocket WiFi rental, which must be paid in advance before shipping.
The deposit will be refunded after we receive the device. Refund processing times are as follows:
- Bank transfer payment: 3-5 business days.
- Credit card payment: 20-30 business days.
For Corporate Clients:
Corporate clients can rent Pocket WiFi without any deposit. Special offer: Corporate clients who register with Bangkok Samurai Co., Ltd. can pay after delivery.
The payment is due within 14 days from the delivery date.
